Glad it worked out. My dealings with Jamieson have always been top notch....

I have the same problem, and had my tailor take the sweaters in at the waist, and I'm quite happy with the result.

anyone know if HY is getting more cashmere this year?

Man, he's not logged in to SF since February.

Still, I've made close to a dozen orders since then, and I've yet to be disappointed. :)

Still waiting to see if he is going to restock for Fall.

Wish he were around more!

Just received the English Tweed Pants in Dark Grey. Less than two weeks to Canada, not bad at all.

Great pants, nice and heavy. Now I need to drop the few extra pounds I gained this summer....

Picked up  my pants from the border and they are gorgeous. The thighs are slim, but not tight to the point where it is uncomfortable. Definitely 'hugs' my thigh but its comfortable. Waist needs to be let out a tiny bit and they are perfect.

The handwritten thank you note is a great touch.

If anyone is interested I still have a HY winter navy blazer, size 36, in near mint condition.

Just ordered two pairs of flannels for this fall/winter. Can't wait to see what all the fuss is about!

Thanks.  They are the Fine Twill Wool Pants which I got last year.  I have three pairs of HY pants at the tailor now.  Collection is up to eight pairs now.  Good stuff

Love the texture on those. I think I'm at 7 now + 3 SCs, a few socks , PSs and one tie. Haven't tried the shoes yet … is that monk your first pair? How do you like em'? Any sizing advise?

^ The black double monks I have are on a sleeker last than most of his shoes.  The 9.5 fits me well and true to size.  They are stiff and taking a while to break-in, but overall very happy considering I purchased them on sale.
