Does anyone know who I need to contact about returns?

I filled out the contact form twice asking for thigh measurements on their pants with no response, but went ahead and ordered a pair anyway. Go figure, the 36s fit everywhere perfectly, except the thighs are too tight (I wish I had though to just buy the 38s and have the waist taken in). I filled out the contact form asking for return information, but given that they already have ignored me twice, I don't expect them to reply.

I'm having the same problem, first I sent a reply to the shipping confirmation asking about exchanges, then sent a second email from the contact form with no results yet.

I usually just send back with tracking and receive a refund. But this has only been my experience. Up to you if you want to take the risk.

Just received the mid grey fall weight flannels in the newer cut. While they fit in the waist they are just a bit too tight in the thigh and seat. Has anyone sized up in this cut and tailored the waist down? Results?

Has anyone tried slimming the HY sweaters? I find them quite bulky compared to J.Crew sweaters, but I love the quality of the knit with the HY sweaters.

That measurement is on the website for each size.

I'm assuming the Lambswool? IMO, They are not bulky. I ordered a couple last year but I thought the length is a little long (I'm short 5-6 ) so I had them returned. Quality wise, they are much much better than what you will find for that price point. I am actually thinking of re-ordering the items as the length is really not that bad overall. I was too ocd....

Yes, the lambswool. Perhaps the length contributes to the problem as they ride up on my hips and leave extra material bunching around the midsection. I also have a pretty significant shoulder to waist ratio so that doesn't help.

I just received an order a couple of weeks ago. The documents aren't in front of me, but I'm pretty sure I was only charged tax, not duties.

^^ Taxes, yes, relatively consistently with my HY orders. But no third party brokerage like with the other international carriers.

Just wanted to praise Jamieson for his help. I decided that because I am flying home to New Brunswick for Thanksgiving, that I would ship the pants to my nearby border town about 40 minutes away and just pick them up there to ensure no extra charges. Replied to emails quick, and shipped them out this morning for me.

Very excited to finally receive them
