I need that as well. I've had absolutely no luck and am getting concerned that I won't be able to do my return at all.

Man, I'd really like to buy a summer SC from Jamison right now.

Jamison needs to be careful here.

This thread is turning into a discussion about lack of communication and lack of product flow, not about how wonderful his products are (which they ARE).

Further discussions of this type will have a noticeable impact on his SF sales I bet.

I've personally never had a problem and been very pleased with his service, but worry about others' experiences.

Agreed, the commentary has given me pause.  Along with an unanswered email inquiry from this past winter.  Unfortunate, as the clothes look beautiful.

Yep. He has pants I might like but won't pull the trigger until he starts responding and gives an explanation as to why he was gone.

Only thing I can guess is that he's not just abandoning everything for no reason, it has to be serious.

what concerns me is the inconsistency. Some people seem to get great service and immediate shipment, and others are left with unanswered emails and long shipping times. If its a product not in stock then comunication is the key.

I truly hope jamison is alright because he seems like a good dude with a good product.

My five past orders:

Order notice; shipping notice a day later

Order notice; shipping notice a day later

Order notice; shipping notice 12 days later

Order notice; shipping notice 2 days later

Order notice; no shipping notice but package received 10 days later.

new orders are not the issue.....one is always ready to make money.

It's the lack of communication/customer service in regards to returns, exchanges, etc. that is the issue.

I've had quick shipping on all but one pair of pents that were apparently backordered, though I didn't get any notice of the backorder until they shipped a month later.

I think Jamison needs to hire someone to help him with communications. The products are great, but it's a black hole over there communications-wise most of the time.

Me too, man. I bought the light green plaid in tropical wool last year and it is one of my favourite items of clothing, period. I have budget set aside for another one this year. It's discouraging to check the jackets section of his website every couple of weeks and keep seeing last year's stuff.

The man lives like 2 blocks from me. Kind of hope I'll bump into him on the street so I'll at least know he's OK.

+1. I just got the navy summer blazer … again. I had some fit concerns and returned it, but decided to give it another shot. I'm taking it to the tailor today. I tried a few other options, but none compared to the quality, light-weightedness of the fabric and price. I think the fit is good, just different than what I'm used too. If this jacket works out I hope to buy many more.

I fit some of the 34s w/o alterations but need to get 36 in others. I've returned a 36 because it was like a 38.

That being said, I think that the thinner fabrics fit a little larger and the thicker fabrics fit smaller. YMMV.

Looking to purchase my first pair of HY. I'm looking for a pair of charcoal year rounder pants with a slimmer cut. Which one fits the bill?

The lambswool flannel pants would be too hot for summer/spring right?
