In the case of a First Class Package, yes. And this package is that type.

Priority International service often allows tracking in the destination country, but costs more.

Smart idea. I also have my tailor sew the fly shut to keep things looking clean. Catheter down the leg is easier anyway.

You need a new tailor.

Seriously. Its covering up the symptoms rather than fixing the problem.

wearing a pair of the VBC 110 flannels today. Every time I put on a pair of these pants I am again astounded at the quality, construction, and fit of these slacks. Really very pleasing. I may have to look into some lighter cloth.

Picked up two shirts on sale. The cotton small gingham is great. Fantastic fit, feel etc. But I found the white oxford a bit heavy. Is the new pinpoint white oxford shirt more like the former?

Mine arrived roughly a week later, so dont worry too much about it.
As others have stated, the tracking is only for the US part of the journey.

I placed my order on 3 April and still haven't received anything, seems longer than usual. I've tried emailing Jamison but no response.

Once the parcel reaches the UK it switches over to Parcelforce, so you will be able to track it on their website. If the tracking number you currently have doesn't work, replace the "US" with "GB".

Just tried your tracking number with Parcelforce and it's not providing anything yet, but don't worry, it will once the item is in the UK. By the way, it will probably take three weeks from the date ordered to arrive.

I never received proper shipping confirmation, only a vague reply on 21 February from Jamison after I requested tracking which read, "They went out last week. Let me see if I can track down tracking." This is the last I've heard from him. So without tracking I'm unable to locate the parcel to find out just what is going on — if the exchange was even sent, that is — and Jamison refuses to respond despite my sending him countless emails over the past eight weeks. The flannels I can do without, but the £130 is another story.

Sorry to bump myself, but this is incredibly frustrating.

Do I have any retort here? I've effectively been robbed of £130. Jamison is clearly refusing to answer my emails, most likely prioritising current orders, which I suppose is fair. Don't run a business single-handedly if you can't manage the load.

Its fair to say that if Jamison got some help he could double his sales. He talked about doing this a couple of years ago. That said, none of this deters me from buying HY products.

Double maiden voyage!
Alden Whiskey LWB & HY blue nailhead trousers smile.gif

I'm lovin' the HY trousers! I've purchased four pair in the past month. No complaints here, but I did just have to return a couple jackets. Unfortunately, the HY jackets are too long for me. These jackets were really stunning!!! I had a hard time sending them back; just wishing they were shorter, or I was taller.

It does with me - Epaulet is more expensive for a similar product, but I've been won over by the service... and the fact they accept returns from Canada helps too. I guess if I'm spending good money on clothing I'll just spend a bit more and be certain I will get awesome service and issues will be resolved without any problems or delay.

Here's the thing about Epaulet and returns:

"Refunds are not issued under any circumstances."

Deal-breaker for me.

Styleforum members get full refunds; just mention it when you email them about a refund.
