Over the past few years I have always received my packages from Jamison promptly, with great communication so I would probably give him the benefit of the doubt.
However, I can completely sympathize with new customers who have not benefited from prior good experiences with Jamison to tide them over.

they are in camel, do you know which colors (sweater) would look good with them? the are a bit darker than I thought.

I have the same moleskins. They go great with gray and navy. They're a very versatile color---unsaturated reds or greens would look good with them, too. It would be hard to find the right tone of brown to go with them, but it could be done.

Just wanted to update you guys that I did receive a response from Jamison last night regarding my return request.  I understand he has been bogged down with getting all the Spring/Summer items sorted so it looks like a little patience is all that was needed in my case.  Thanks for the responses regarding this.

Jamison sorted me out very well given the circumstances. Could not have asked for a more professionally handled resolution.

Wow, if you need some shirts, those at $49 are a steal. Too bad there isn't anything in my size that I need.

How aggressively slim are HY shirts? Are they darted? Cause if they're on point I'm going to grab several on sale.

I think Jamison mentioned somewhere in this thread that the early 2012 shirts are a little less slim than Brooks Brothers ESF shirts. I got the red/white/blue madras and I thought that was pretty accurate in comparison to Brooks Brothers ESF. I don't own any of the other shirt patterns (earlier than 2012 and Fall 2012) from HY so I can't comment on their fit. They are not darted.

$49 is a killer deal on those shirts, I think. I bought the red/white/blue madras at full price and really enjoyed wearing it last summer. That particular fabric was offered by Epaulet in a button down and sold out pretty quickly even though theirs cost more. I wonder why the HY version seemingly didn't sell too well. The shirt quality is on par with Epaulet shirts (although I do prefer the Epaulet cut a little more). Maybe Jamison needs to put up shirt measurements or something.

What put me off from considering was the breast pocket, I cant stand them.

Just picked up the gray linen pants for $79 and tossed on some OTC socks to get to $100 for free shipping. 

I was tempted by some of the shirts, but there are certain features that I don't like. For example, the button-down collared ones have a French placket and a flap pocket, which made it a no-go for me. But it's mostly the flap pockets that turned me off.
