And the baby cords are thinner for early fall and spring.

Moleskins are for fall/winter

Super serge are pretty thin and I'll wear them in March/April and then also Sept/October.

Tasmanian wools are similar in weight to the serge.

The sleeves on the XS cardigan from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff are 24.5". The measurement is complicated by the possibility of wearing the shoulder at different places and the ability to stretch the sleeves a little, but there you have it! smile.gif

Anybody heard from Jamison or had an order shipped lately?
Placed an order on Monday got shipping confirmation today in the morning.

Shipping wasn't a problem for me.  It was the complete non-response to my e-mails to exchange for a larger size.  The website indicates that exchanges would be possible but several e-mails later this doesn't appear to be the case, YMMV.  It looks like I will be trying to sell my last order.  It's a shame, since I would be interested in ordering other items but there is no way I can support his business now given the lack of customer support/service.  Again, YMMV since my experience appears to be a bit of an anomaly.

^^ note the Jamison is a one person operation, in addition to his day job. I bet he is all busy prepping for Spring/Summer lineup. I get where your frustration is coming from but realize that this is part of internet shopping. I have similar experience with other vendors and I have to be patient. That's just part of the process. I guess we all have different levels of what customer service is all about. As you noted, YMMV.

This. Probably has hundreds of queries a week. And he is working on the new lineup

No. I ordered on February 4th and I'm still waiting on shipping confirmation. I have no clue what's going, but it is frustrating to know that people who ordered weeks after me have received shipping confirmation.

I know this is revolutionary, but SOME people employ an assistant once the demands of their small business get too big for them to handle alone. The crazy fools.

I don't think jamison will deny an exchange knowing full well he can't get to stuff in time so I'd disregard any time frame listed on his site since it's not your fault. Just give him some time.

To be fair, my package has take now over a month and has not yet arrived.

That's more than double the quote time and a significant amount of 'just giving him some time'.

Coupled with no communication, despite several emails and things are getting a bit silly. At this point I'm assuming my money's gone.

FYI, Aus Post is notorious for its slow package delivery. It can take WEEKS for a first class package to arrive.

That would be the exception, though. In the past 7,8 or 9 years that's happened to me once, I think.

Maybe I'm due again, but the tracking would have been updated when it leaves the USA from USPS' end.
