Yep, there is a shipment confirmation.

The one downfall of HY is that it's just one dude who has a day job, so shipments can get backed up a bit sometimes. Stay patient, it's worth it smile.gif

I'm in the same boat. Got a confirmation on Feb 2nd but haven't heard anything since. In the past I've got a seperate e-mail a few days later once my purchase had been shipped.

Its never been this long though...I imagine its busy because of the winter sale?

Just a follow up, I got a "shipped" email yesterday almost immediately after I posted in this thread. Thanks Jamison!

So, after placing my first order with Jamison for 2 pair of pants  (the Lasmbswool flannel and the Super 120's) I realized I would be heading out of town so I asked if I could pick up the order from the showroom and he kindly agreed. Let me start by saying Jamison was a great host and I was very impressed with the quality of everything. It took a lot of self discipline to limit myself to purchasing only one more pair of trousers and two ties. It would have been worse but some of the items I was interested in were out of stock or not available in my size.

When you walk through the showroom you quickly realize that a computer monitor does not do justice to the items being sold. I gave no thought to the cotton canvas trousers when I saw them on line but loved them in person. Same deal with the ties. I purchased the two but could have easily walked out with seven. I also tried on the black double monks. It's a beautiful last and a beautiful shoe - unfortunately I needed a half size smaller or I would have taken a pair of those home as well.

As for the trousers, they truly are very well constructed and the fabrics are quite exceptional. Personally, the Italian cut fits me better. They seem trimmer through the top block and thighs. As I have been gaining weight due to a foot/achilles injury I wanted some pants that I could comfortably fit into until I get back on my feet so I sized up from 34 to 36. Once I start dropping weight I imagine I will go true to size for a more overall slim fit. I've included some photos of the Super 120's (which might have been altered  a touch to short) and the Canvas. (I returned the Lambswool due to fit - which is a shame because I loved the fabric.) Overall I'm really satisfied with the quality and the overall value.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Is it just my imagination or did/does Jamieson have a store in NYC?  I'm over there on business in a couple of weeks and wanted to pick up a few items.

He doesn't have a traditional store, but has a space from which he operates. You may be able to visit him at the location, but it's really dependent upon his schedule. He has a full-time day job.

Not sure if this is the 'correct' method, but I measured from the crotch seam up to the top of the waistband and got 17".

We usually ship within one or two business days--though international shipments can take longer. But when we get a big shipment of new merchandise* or start a sale, we can get a huge rush of orders, many times the usual frequency and unfortunately short delays can happen.

I have an office in the garment district and can meet customers by appointment. People do stop by with some frequency; it's a great way to try on a bunch of stuff quickly. But it's not set up as a store.

* A HUGE shipment of pants arrived from Italy today. They're not online yet, but spring here we come...

Awesome, can't wait to see them!

That is great i can't wait! When can we expect the new suits/sport jackets? And in general what new surprises do you have in store for us for the upcoming season?
Looking forward to seeing the new stock.

I know this has been brought up in the past, but any more thoughts to adding a sort-by-size feature on your website?

There's been many times after searching through a few pairs only to find them sold out, I've simply left the site.
