Sigh. OK. I just sent one more email. If I haven't heard back by early next week, I will request a chargeback from my credit card company.

Not sure what is going on frown.gif

Having a similar issue. Jamison is usually quick to respond and his service has always been impeccable....when I placed my order at the beginning of the month I received it in only 3 days. But now I've been emailing him since 10/5 about a return and have had no reply. Is everyone sure he is ok?

Yeah, my first thought was something had happened--it's a one man operation, so I totally understand that shit happens. But several people have placed and shortly received orders in the last few days... So I don't know what is going on.

Unless he is out of town or something, but has someone handling simple orders? And something is up with ours?

Regardless, come back to us, Jamison! We need your stuff!

i'm sure this is the case. he usually travels and is out of touch for a few days, week or two. he likely has someone assisting him in some capacity if things are getting shipped.

he'll respond to you all when available. guys - do not panic foo.gif

Chill out y'all. I got a pair of grey winter flannels in the mail a couple days ago. Jamison hasn't fled the country...

All the same, I absolutely love his products, and I'm going to give this at least another week. I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation...

Maybe try sending an email from a different address?

Thanks.

EDIT: Got an email last night. Problem solved.

So, now I have emailed and used their online request thing a couple of times and have just gotten radio silence. Does anyone know how to get in touch with these guys?

Anyone know if HY has any sales for Black Friday/Christmas? Not that it needs any sales though I bet as demand seems to be high.

Several of us in the same boat. Consensus seems to be that he is out of town or something--it's a one man operation.
