The rest is still to come.

will these fit similar to the brown ones?

I've been trying to get in touch about an order I made six weeks ago for the last 10 days via email and PM's on the forum but have had no reply.

I've sent a couple of e-mails and a PM over the past few weeks about an exchange and received no reply. I wonder if Jamison may be abroad on a buying trip.

Probably. He's always been pretty prompt in replying.

I should have gotten back to both of you guys by now, but if I'm mistaken--or if anyone else needs me, let me know. We've had a pretty crazy December/January here and we're righting the good ship HY after a rogue wave of business and expansion.

Identical. Same last. They are sharp and are our first black shoes for a reason--they're super versatile.

Many of you have already seen that we've got some of our spring collection up as of last night. I should stress that this is not the collection, merely the first part of it.

I sent you a PM regarding issues I've had with some orders and emails I sent in the past two weeks.

Jamison, can you please do a season or two where you turn out nothing but shit? You're killing my wallet! smile.gif

Any chance HY will be putting out jackets for Spring?

quick question, hope it doesn't offend--- how do the HY pants stack up to epaulet - quality and fit?

and.... what is the last of the cap toes?

Does anyone have the returns address and phone number for Howard Yount? I've tried emailing them twice without a response and their contact page isn't working.

I can answer that one.

The HY trousers are slimmer and lower-rise. They are made very well but not as stout/old-world tailored as those of Epaulet (I do my own alterations, so I've dug into both of these). I am a 36 waist and have considered ordering the 38 and taking in the waist because they are very slim/low rise and tight in the seat. They tend to sit on my hip rather than at my waist. The fabrics on my Tasmanian Wool mid-gray and broken-twill gray are very nice. Very good price when on sale, even when not on sale. I will say that they are slim in the hip area as well. More so with the broken twill (thicker material) than with the thinner mid-gray. I had to let the seat out on the broken twills.

I hope that helps.

^HY pants are slimmer than Epaulet's Rudy or Walt fit? If the latter, I guess I have to give up HY for good.

I wear 32 and they sit at my waist, right above my hips. They are slim, but still classic. The quality : price is fantastic. I'm 5'9" 145 FYI.

On me, the HY trouser is slimmer than the Epaulet Walt fit. But remember, you can always size up and then take the waist in.

They definitely are great trousers for the price. You really can't go wrong with HY goods smile.gif I recommend the site to others.

For me, the HY was slimmer than the Walt and sizing up still didn't yield the right fit. I have a strange waist:thigh/seat ratio, though, so I'd definitely not take my experience as overly indicative of what yours would be.
