Black tie and jeans at Seattle clubs?

I was thinking about wearing a black tie and black suit jacket with jeans to Venom this weekend - is anyone keen as to how this would go over?

Just went to Venom over the summer....it sucks. Basically a big, cold, warehouse lookin place with cages everywhere and green lights. Buuut if you are goin to go there, then I'd say that's even a little overdressed. From what I noticed, jeans, and a nice button-up will do just fine.
