but . . but . . . it was a four part order and I had one made as a sample before ordering the other three. The whole thing should be retro-active.

hmm... if the whole order was essentially committed before this day and you're only finalizing details without making a new purchase decision, that's kosher I guess. ACCEPTED IN APPEAL
