Come on, it's a documentary made by a third party. Anyway, the stuff he's made for Andre Yew looks really nice. What does it matter how he promotes himself?

My late grandfather worked as a "tailor's cutter" in the 1940's; it was classed as a semi-skilled job. He simply cut the cloth along the lines drawn by the tailor.
