Melanotan...what year is it? People have been "researching" with this for years...glad to see there are at least going to be some studies now so the price gets to go up 10x

Odd, my other account got bannenated for some reason. I was spamming there? I don't have anything up for sale anywhere and what I'm bringing to this thread is completely on-topic. I wonder if this one'll get zapped too because I contravened the ban?

True, they've been talking about releasing melanotan-1 ("afamelanotide") on the market since ~ 2001 or so. The price for it will go up but what price safety, no? Finally an FDA approved, regulated, and doctor administered version will be available.

What are you thoughts about what's happening with these developments?

well I can administer myself, but I doubt they are going to allow it for recreational purposes so what difference does it make?

its just going to end up back underground anyway. Lets hope it remains cheap enough to not make it worth counterfeiting.

Indeed, I wonder what effect the release of the implant will have on the loose community of individuals who like you can self-administer. You're right too, it is not at all clear how available the implants will be. People talk about off-label usage but that's really only going to happen if the company allows it to much degree. They could just as well have stringent controls on how many of the implants they produce and thereby force a limitation to only the populations who stand to gain most from the therapeutic applications of melanotan-1 ("afamelanotide"). That said the patents for melanotan-1 have expired and so once it is approved for usage in humans other companies will likely be inclined to join the fray of producing and selling product as a drug for human usage legally.

This fool/bot is spamming some sort of a tracking image. This is the part of his message above that can't be seen:
