Lands End Custom pants

I am wondering who else has used this service for chinos and cords? I have over the years but it is always a challenge till they get the sizing right. There is never a guarantee that if you have a perfect pair and use that one to base your next pair on it will turn out the same..I do have quite a few as I have been patient and send pants back many times till I have gotten a bunch to fit, but I much prefer to just buy Banana Republic Gavin chino's even though they do not fit as well in the seat and thigh for me...I went to the Gavin and the LE customs as standard chinos are just too baggy for me, slim fits chinos are very hard to find.

I have had really good luck with the LE custom pants.  It only took me 2 pairs to get things dialed in the way I like.  I have ordered their cords and the gabradine pants.  I do not wear chinos.   In fact I had better luck with LE custom pants than with mytailor.com.  LE used the measurments I took, but mytailor.com was based on a  fitting. I am able to get a better fit out of these, than the 300$ Zanella  OTR taken to a tailor.   My only nit picks is that I would like more options, and better fabrics to choose from.  I have written them suggesting the use of some super100 type materials - but have gotten no response.

Send a PM to quill on this board. I've had him answer all my Lands' End questions rapidly and in great detail.
