I'd say I see cheat meals in about a day or two. Although what the King's flame-broiled goodness taketh away, 20 extra minutes of pure hell intervals giveth back.

Seems to affect my gf immediately. Me, not so much. Sometimes I think I'd have to spike up with an IV bag full of lard to gain any weight.

Same. I can toss everything out the window for a day and notice no difference the next day. If I do two days in a row things become noticeable.
