Guys wearing chick's jeans... - Page 5

maybe because some people looking for skinny jeans are 10 sizes smaller you, therefore have the options of trying out ladies jeans?

Maybe very slightly. If you mean they have easier access to these things then yes, i agree. Still, h&m, uniqlo, urban outfitters, american apparel all have a large variety of colors, cuts and washes for men. I think it's partly that most men (on this forum at least) ignore those and focus on the simpler dark washes so they don't notice the others. always love a good spambot necropost though

There are no men's options that would fit them?

Look I have no problem with a guy wearing women's clothing. If that's what they like and enjoy, the more power to them. I just can't understand how it would be needed from a "fit" standpoint. There has to be a men's jean that would work out there.

exactly...Im as small a dude as one can be and ive never had trouble finding jeans that fit.

I know a lot of "rock stars" in the past wore them, but that's different. When you are a musician you go for a certain outlandish look.

With cheap monday tight, nudie thin finn, and levi's 510... Plenty of men's jeans that can be found pretty much as skinny as you'd possibly want. I challenge anyone to be "too small" for levi's 510 28x32. I put on a pair once, took me 10 minutes, and I couldn't walk... And if you're too small for 510, ande whall rakers are smaller and not stretchy lol No reason whatsoever to wear girls jeans. If you find a pair you like, go for it, nothing wrong with it. But usually it comes off looking weird.

The only reason I can see if someone is really skinny and like to rock the really skinny rocker look, but this was true maybe until 5-10 years ago.

i enjoyed the fit of the female levis corduroy this past fall over the men's sizing and selection. planning on trying the Opening Ceremony ones (which I believe are unisex) this spring.

I find that, in general, guys on this site are 1) Too skinny 2) Too effeminate. I propose that you all (1) hit the gym and (2) MAN UP. This is a men's fashion forum. Dress like one! Thanks for listening.

I propose that you (1) Shut the fuck up and (2) there is no two.

I think SF has by in large the most manly dressing dudes on the internets fashion forums without being some kind of forum for Bears or something. Fits here are straight and simple not overly tight or anything, in a word most are boring (blame teh group-think).

Personally I wear skinny jeans because straight fit look more like "relaxed fit" on me as a naturally thin and tall guy who cant pack on muscle if he tried.

Maybe you should be more accepting of the fact that some of us enjoy being skinny and don't buy into your stereotypical image of what a man is. I've seen dozens of posts about people telling the skinny members of the forum to "BULK UP" well maybe we're just not that insecure about our bodies to feel a need to do such a thing. Also, last time I checked men have been dressing what you would call "effeminately" forever... Kilts? Tights? Togas? Let's not even get started on the way royalty has dressed throughout the ages. Is having an open mind considered effeminate these days?

Seriously, you gotta post pics of these things. I can't see how anyone would know they're chick's jeans unless you just told everyone.

I like how the OP was all "So I wear girl jeans, so what, wanna fight about it?"
