Dress shirts which are remarkably poofy (difficult to even tuck into pants)
Clarks norwegian stitch toe dress shoes (not square toes but I sold them about 6 months post SF)
A black DKNY tie, which I made even worse by ironing.

My suits were really bad:
Black DKNY suit.
2 Suits with pleats. Nothing against pleats in general, they just look horrible on me.
A 4 button suit. I'm 5'10"

Clarks square-toed dress shoes. I wear them nearly every day and am embarrassed every time

I never understood this. Why do people buy white socks? If you're using them for "sports" you probably don't care about color anyway, so why not get black/gray?

Also, what's wrong with dark shirts?
