Keep it! The black label long suits run very short. If in fact someone really needed a long, I suspect they wouldn't purchase anything black label as it won't fit properly. If it is measuring 31" from the bottom of collar than it is 32.5" overall which is exactly what a regular should be.

When I purchased a suit from them, they told me the S/R/L were all the same length. It didn't make sense. I ordered a 40R charcoal and got a 40L black. The other suit they sent was as described so it wasn't a bad deal - I ended up putting it back into a box and mailing it to them with the receipt and tracking. No biggy.
