I sure wish I could find the thread where me and someone were fighting about Chan. Â Not to say I told you so, but I told you so.
Phil--That was me, and the thread is here: old thread
Jester--that is one screwed up suit. They need to fix it, at their cost, and that means remaking it with no charge to you. I'd email them the pics and ask them WTH they are going to do about it. Phil, all I can say is that many others on this forum, myself included, have ordered multiple suits from WW Chan without any problems of this magnitude. So if your point is that WW Chan is incapable of doing good work, I once again must disagree with you completely. However, if they don't fix this on their own dime, I cannot see ever again recommending that anyone use their traveling service, at least not without getting their pattern completely right in HK first. For the WW Chan regulars out there--I wondered whether the departure of Raymond Kiang would result in any problems with quality, or signalled organizational problems within the company. Plus, the opening of Shanghai stores could either stretch their HK capacity or signal a production move to the mainland (which would inevitably affect quality, at least in the short run).
