Much better exercise than lat pulldowns but most don't have the strength to do it. Great routine BTW.

that's my problem, exactly. I'm at 100 kilo now, so I'm doing pulldowns at about 90 kilos, pullups I can only get a few good ones out.

Of course, I would imagine us middleweights have an easier job with pull-ups.

When I was doing that routine, my body weight was about 190lbs (I'm 6 ft.) and I could do 8 dead hang pullups with a 25lb plate hanging off a belt. I've since gained 10 more lbs mostly in my legs and some not... : I'm hoping to get closer to that weight again by this summer. I just have to force myself to eat better...and less

45 minute work out routine:
22 Minutes - Cardio set on a high resistence to work out my legs, maintain about 5 mph for average heart rate of 150+ for cardio aspect
23 minutes - 2 supersets of - Chest, Back, crunches 30-60 second break between supersets, another 2 supersets of bicep, tricep, crunches

It's great not knowing anyone at the gym. In and out in a flash
