Hey there, I joined so I could get some suggestions on what to do with my hair.

Here's some shots of me from the past two years: http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/5960/hairld8.jpg

As you can see I haven't really been able to settle on any specific one. I went with the very short fade most recently so it could take a while to grow back out long.

I'm not sure what would go well with my face shape, though. Almost all the pictures I see online are of guys with sharp jawlines, so I dunno.

Maintenance-wise I had no problems putting some hair product on when I had the fauxhawk.

Thanks in advance!

You look pretty weird w/ short hair to me, the 1st pic, bottom row is my fave. It looks pretty good there.

Short hair doesn't look good on you IMO...I'd say best look is 2nd column of row 1&2.

I'd say middle picture, top row looks the best.

The second picture of the top row looks best out of those, don't keep it too short.

Thanks for the replies. Based on your suggestions, I'm thinking towards a short/medium-length, messy textured hair? I surfed around and picked a few interesting ones,

But does anyone have any specific ideas?

honestly, just cut it that short/medium length and play around with your hair seeing what fits. You won't look like those guys and anything the salon will do for you, you may not be able to replicate.

I wouldn't say short hair looks bad on you, just that the crew cut you have(had) was way too short

Haha, yeah, I figure none of them would look the same on me. I posed the question because most people recommend bringing to the stylist a pic of what hairstyle I'd want.

But anyways, thanks for all of your suggestions. I might update in a few weeks/months after my hair grows out again... What actually happened was I decided to shave my head bald a month ago, lol.

Lower left looks best of all your pics, honestly. You look the most adult in that one.

Besides the one on the lower left, the rest all look too american jackass for me. I think a long-ish haircut, preferable wavy, would suit you best. (May have to perm due to straight asian hair

Well I'm only almost turning 21 and the pictures have been over several years, so there may be some age skew in there
