How many people have read The Game?

As I read the relationship sub-forum I notice that a large porportion of responses come straight out of the PUA Cannon (The Game, Mystery Method, Ladder Theory). I've read it all and thought that it didn't really work too well in High School (I actually emailed a "Guru" and he said that I should go get a life and come back when I was looking to hook up with 25 year-old coke-head clubbers in LA). Who else?

I was cruising the bars and saw a HB 7.8 so I rolled up and negged her right away. Meeting women isn't a roleplaying game or a math formula weirdo.

You negged a HB 7.8? She barely has any self-esteem to begin with. You can't neg anybody less than a 9.5.

Noob.

Its an entertaining read and not at all formed like a guide (he has another book taht is a guide...the game is just a storybook).

The story was plenty of fun (I even know lots of girls who enjoyed reading it) but the strategies in there seemed like stupid shit that girls fall for when you try it often enough.

From the posts I have seen here, the gimicky stuff that it talks about is now "overplayed" by skeezy dudes everywhere but I think the main point of the process was just getting people talking to women...giving them a stupid script just makes it easier to approach and appear like you have some confidence.

I don't think anything in that book would work well in high school (I remember 90% of it taking place in bars with drunk girls...) but what would work is just talking to girls. Don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself (I certainly have many times), there are plenty out there so you can get used to it by talking to girls you are probably never going to see again...

I wish neggers would get a special place in the back of the bus, they're invading the forum.

You should read Women by Charles Bukowski. A thousand times better than that conglomeration of nerds in the Game.

I read the book for fun, but I socially blacklist anybody who tries that shit.

I've read it, it's a fun book. It's basically an ethnography of the PUA community rather then a how to book.

Did you know that your nose wiggles when you post, Eason? I read the book. I found the structure for creating relationships that Mystery pointed out to be THE structure. A1>A2>A3>C1>C2>C3>S1>S2>S3
