I used to do Spinning classes religiously for like 3-4 years. I went at least 3 times a week and more often 6 (M, W, F, Sa, 2XSu). My only problem with it is if you want to you can cheat and not do much work.
After hurting...something, I can't remember what, I started using a X-trainer and I realized that that forced me to actually work even if I didn't want to.
But now I wish I had access to spinning classes again. Or boxing. I've had that recommended to me many times.
