I used to do Spinning classes religiously for like 3-4 years. I went at least 3 times a week and more often 6 (M, W, F, Sa, 2XSu). My only problem with it is if you want to you can cheat and not do much work.

After hurting...something, I can't remember what, I started using a X-trainer and I realized that that forced me to actually work even if I didn't want to.

But now I wish I had access to spinning classes again. Or boxing. I've had that recommended to me many times.

A lady friend of mine once convinced me to join her in a spinning session. At first I refused by then accepted the invitation based on curiosity.
When I got there I realised that I was the only guy and soon figured that I would get my ass kicked by a couple of oldies with thighs the size of a bulls legs.

In the middle of the session I was so tired that I turned the damn thing down and started pretending that I was still working my ass off, which I wasn't.
