I'm having trouble with my ankle.I was at home yesterday after the gym and i leaned on my ankle and it gave a very weird feeling kind of like my foot went weak and there was also a sharp pain!!Today i was in the gym and afta 10 minutes on the treadmill i stepped off and put my right ankle down first and it just went from underneath me was very weak!i broke my ankle in the summer of 2007 and im worried incase its some after effect from it cos i always suffer from stiffness from it!!Can any one please help me out with this??
