^ Possibly this: http://www.conradwu.com/collections/knit-ties/products/cream

Edit: Looking again, that tie in the pic sammy posted looks more like a fine weave grenadine. Hober has a variety of cream and off-white grenadine fabrics.

You mean something like this?

http://www.samhober.com/grenadine-fina-solid-ties/

http://www.samhober.com/grenadine-fina-solid-ties/white-grenadine-fina-silk-tie-24.html

I only see it in white.  Where can I find the off white and cream varieties?  Thanks.

If I had to guess I would say that is a Liverano tie and it is cashmere or wool, not silk.

Try these:

Off White Piccola

Cream Piccola (Which might not be as dark as it appears. From my experience, the Hober website depicts grenadine colors as significantly darker than they actually are, especially the browns and burgundies. You can order swatches if need be.)

Ivory Prometeo

Light Yellow Fina

I looked up Liverano.  Do they only make MTOs?  I couldn't find any individual ties for sale.

The Ivory Prometeo looks the closest like it.  I will add that to my collection.  Thanks!

You might try Skoaktiebolaget in Stockholm, Tie Station in Tokyo, possibly the Armoury in HK and (later this year, so I understand) Exquisite Trimmings [hope I'm not giving any secrets away, Shaya...]. Of course, you could also contact them directly.
