Just silk, I already had a cashmere tie and liked the electric blue shade of this one.

Is it a recent purchase?  If so, mind sharing where you bought it?

TIA.

Thank you. It's a Dunhill I purchased at Wingtip here in San Francisco. It's also available from their web store:

Gracias!  Bummer, was in SFO on Monday and never thought to pop in to their store.  Will do so next time I'm down.

Some of my ties - some might be less soporific than others... please excuse the mediocre quality; in case you are interested in details and/or close-ups of any of the ties - just ask smile.gif

You have some nice ones in that batch. Fair number of Drake's in there, am I right?

soporif fabric that will be turned into soporific ties. Raw silk (shep check and pindot) in a grenadine weave.

Those are a little more rific than sopor.

I just don't get raw silk. But I realize I'm the weird one in that regard.

But I don't think anyone can argue that it's conservatice.

Poast some of your neats. They're generally really good and those are the ones that belong in this thread.

I don't get raw silk either. It looks sloppy to me.
