What do you mean exactly?

You could try using an angle to make the pics more interesting, so not straight down like you did in the examples, but with a slight angle, if you know what I mean. That will give you a(n even) better idea of the textures as well.

Edit: or like davesmith's first example beneath this post. Nicely tied tie, white background. The angle I mentioned probably works better for detail shots to show the fabric texture.

Maybe not the same texture as Mr. Porter but almost. Put it this way, with your pictures, it is easy to see what you're getting and the correct colors. Can't really do better than that.
