As far as I know, TBS was the only stockist of that boot. I don't want them anyway, now that I've seen how bad the quality was. Not worth 475 bucks.

lol got the white screen when you go to check out, so I call their number and got a recorded message in swedish. Pretty sure it said something like "you actually thought you'd be able to reach a live person at the tres bien shop?!"

Just to update, TBS replied to the pictures of the dirty shoes by saying I could return them for free for a refund. When I said they were the last pair in my size in this colorway I could find anywhere they said they couldn't do anything for me except offer me one of their shitty 15% off codes which rather than just give to me straight away, I had to email them when there was something I wanted to buy and they would apply the discount.

I had almost the same thing happen to me last year when I got a pair of boots, where the return form from the guy returning them to tbs were in the box still lol. Luckily no sign of wear though

I ordered the Navy/Navy pair from them and there was also dirt on the sole, not as much as yours but still...

Since I wasn't planing on keeping them DS I let it go...

What size did you order. I returned a 12 recently. The blue looked really ashy compared to the picture.
