Talk about unaffiliated retailers here - Page 37

TBS is easily one of my favourite online stores to buy from.

I usually deal with Jesper.

I'm sure it's been asked, so I apologize in advanced but I have an upcoming exam so don't have time to search through more than ~5 pages.

Aside from the generosity of other forum members, how are TBS codes typically given out? I'm looking for a pair of jeans for a friend of mine and would like to purchase them on TBS. Also, what are customs/import taxes to the US like? I know Fedex and UPS often have high brokerage fees.

And thank you to all taking the time to read and/or reply to this post.

Shop with them regularly and they will give you vouchers.

I get one in almost all my orders now.

Ah, gotcha. Doesn't look like I'll be able to nab one before this first order then haha. Thanks for replying!

Had some time to search through this thread a bit about customs/duty within the US and I can't seem to find a conclusive answer. Read that they're willing to mark down and that international Fedex shipping includes brokerage fees so customs shouldn't be due (unless Canada)....is this correct?

I'm in Canada and I got slapped with customs last time I ordered. They did markdown so I didn't pay as much as I had to.

So is this the first season TBS is starting to stock RO? I've never noticed it before.

I'm kind of excited, TBS usually has really good prices after discount codes / vat reduction. Plus fast shipping. It's been hard getting a hold of any RO piece these past few seasons because the prices and demand have been going through the roof for the webstores I normally buy from.

Have you seen current Rick retail these days? Almost 3 stacks for a Bauhaus...
lol i dont bother with rick leathers, although I might try one down the road from b/s.

Mainly interested in denim, tees, shorts, and possibly footwear. Even dunk prices nowadays are insane though. Most of the good designs don't get below $800-1k. I remember just 2 or so years ago when you could find a pair for $500-600...

Geobaskets are $1500 this season, cap toes $1150 uhoh.gif One of these days I might try a Rick blazer (not that I was unhappy with the Intarsia I mis-sized).

I'm located in Canada and looking to purchase a pair of APCs on TBS. On the checkout page, I get free shipping and the 25k code which lowers the total to 96 Euros.
When I click next to the payment, the total jumps to 116 Euros? Can anyone explain this to me? Also, do I not get the 20% Non-EU VAT off as well?
This is my first time trying to buy something on TBS.

Thanks for you help.

Had the same problem before, try a different browser. Are you using Chrome?

Had that problem too and was also using chrome, never figured out a solution though.
