Anyone know if sns herning starks will end up on a sale? I don't know if I should just pull the trigger on it for full retail.

Inventory had a random sale on the Stark a while back and they instantly sold out. Haven't seen it marked down anywhere else since, although I haven't specifically looked for it.

Just buy one. I know they're expensive but they're worth it; built like a piece of wool chain-mail armor from the 16th century; can be and should be worn like a coat and you'll never get so many compliments from total strangers. I bought my father one for Christmas last year and he is still telling me how much he loves it in August-8 months later. Go for it.

funny, just as you posted that I decided I'm going to pick it up. tres bien ends up being cheaper than most other vendors anyway. Looking through the sns thread leads me to think I should get a small. (5'9, 165) Can anyone else confirm the sizing? From what I read the sweater will stretch a bit.

Just got the black melange Stark from TBS and can confirm this is an accurate description. Can't wait for temps to drop.

Thinking of picking up a pair of Diemme boots from TBS. With the VAT deduction and free shipping the boots are a great deal. I am concerned though about customs fees. Has anybody ordered from here recently? Where you hit with fees?

They always mark down the value of the packages so you should be fine.

Bought a pair of CP Officer Derbies 5 days ago from TBS, got them today. No customs. Very very pleased overall.

They usually ship Fedex 3 business day guaranteed. Fedex customs is handled different from UPS from my experiences. UPS will collect their brokerage fee upfront upon delivery, while Fedex will send an invoice out later on IF they do charge any brokerage fee.

I've never been hit with any brokerage fees from TBS though, but I've never ordered anything totaling > $1000 USD, and no single item worth > $300 USD.

Just ordered some CPs from TBS. I hope the brokerage to Canada from FedEx isn't too bad. It's amazing that coupons stack with the VAT discount. :slayer:

I think it's like 10% which whne you add that to the 20% off VAT, it's not bad.
