I found the upper leather of the MMM GATS (bought low white as well) to be pretty pretty meh. Great price, but I'm thinking I should have purchased the painted canvas GATS instead.

The only issue i have with Tres Bien is it takes them 30 days to process a refund which in all fairness is taking the piss.

That's supposed to be standard for online retail - you order something that's listed in stock, you get an instant reply and it ACTUALLY gets sent to you as opposed to magically being unavailable half a week later. I don't see why clothing companies get a pass. Also, most of them terrible websites force you to leave your payment information with them... if they can't even get you your order, do you trust them to keep their info secure?

Judging by their FB page it seems like they've been overrun by chinese asking all kinds of questions lately, might be the cause. Usually takes them about a day to answer my mails.
