Nor have I. I plan to file a dispute with Google. I really can't recommend dealing with Tom based on this experience.

Sorry but I think that if you want professionals then you have to go for professionals and pay their fees, Tom is not a professional seller, he does the best he can considering he has a life other than selling Vass shoes to you with low mark up.

I placed an order with Tom on or around June 10. I got an email overnight from Tom that the shoes are ready to be shipped late this week or early next week. I would assume that many of you will be getting a similar email from Tom if you ordered around the same timeframe as me. I'm sure it will be a disappointment to a number of posters on this board, but you can probably put the pitchforks away for now.

Here's how I feel about this situation. I have never ordered from Tom. I am a student, so I can't afford Vass shoes. However, I have seen him around here for quite a while. He performs a generous service. You can't get these shoes cheaper anywhere else. If you people don't quit bitching and whining, he is either going to stop offering this service or he will jack up the prices. Stuff happens. He hasn't responded to each of you individually, but you can read that others have received shipping notices from him. Stop crying. If you get close to the end of the dispute period with your credit card, then get nervous. Until then, you should appreciate what he does.

He has responded to my email, with a planned shipment next week. This is my second successful order from Tom. I think that the main issue here was that he was not contactable. I don't believe any of us were concerned about the protracted delivery dates, but rather the fact that he has not been responding to emails. However, he is back, and looks like he has a boot load of shoes to ship out. Well done Tom.

Completely agree.

I have ordered a number of shoes from Tom and his communication and help has been excellent. He was in the US for over a month and is preparing for an international move, so please cut him some slack. I have a pair that I am waiting for from the end of April, they are being shipped next week with an order I placed on June 12th, so orders are being shipped. I have found him to be an open, honest and trustworthy individual.

It appears the consensus is that Tom is above reproach so let's just leave it at that.

I've read over the past year of people being tormented by the wait, but never complaining of the end result: great shoes at a fantastic price. That being said, I look forward to an influx of Vass on B&S forum when the shoes unfortunately don't fit for you.
