So these aren't my size, so I'm going to fuel the incendiary war over these. Great condition for the starting bid in my opinion.

Gaziano and Girling G&G Warwick Oxford Balmoral Brown 8.5E UK

a bit price considering the exchange rate for a brand new pair. but, if this is what one is looking for, you don't have the 5 month wait. still a great shoe though.

Hard to know how to start these days. A bidding war might have erupted if he started low, or they might have topped out at $200 or less. The new G&Gs that were listed a while back weren't exactly a sensation, were they? Not sure G&G has the kind of name recognition needed to attract several eager buyers in this economy.

So happy those aren't in my size or my wallet would be significantly lighter. Beautiful pair of shoes though.

I think this is easily one of G&G's most aesthetic models. That's why I thought there would be a buying war over these.

I would bet a beer that they do not sell at that start price. Buy new for a few pesos more.......

Who pays the shipping to New York for the beer?

I would be surprised if they went for much more than the $600.

I have to side with the folks that say too rich for most ebayers. I don't think they'll get a bid at that price in today's economy. That said, they are lovely shoes. Good luck with your sale.

Lol, not even my sale. I'm just trying to light the fire of another auction. It's rare that someone who has G&G sells on eBay and not sell on SF.
