I guess, though some of it will get denatured in the pasteurization process. Milk could have a lot of other benefits to it. For instance, you need the fat in it to be able to absorb the vitamins.

Is lactose-free milk really drinkable for people with lactose intolerance? Maybe a dumb question, but I had various problems associated with drinking milk that all went away once I stopped drinking it, but god I love the stuff, and cereal just ain't the same without it.

You should try raw milk because the lactase is not boiled out of it via pasteurization. You could also try taking some lactase before drinking regular milk.

I love whole milk. Especially in my cereal. I always get it in my starbucks lattes. www.starbucks.com. Anyone been here? It seems all the cool people hang out at these trendy cafes.
