Flusser is far worse. His pictures are mostly black and white not because it is arty or cheap but because most people in the book are dead and buried.

Both Flusser and Roetzel are very biased and it's hard to find any objective information.
I agree with the first half of this statement, but disagree with the second. Â Yes, the books are biased. Â But all clothing books are biased in favor of the author's tastes. Â And Flusser's and Roetzel's books are, despite their biases, packed to the gills with objective information.
Roetzel's book is loaded with brands which obviously paid for placement. Is it why it is so cheap?
So far as I can guess, yes.
