How do I highlight my hair like this? [Pic]

I have the bleach solution, the first time I highlighted my hair I used the plastic cap and the result was kind of metro..didn't really like it. If I want highlights like in the picture should I use a comb to make sure I'm only applying the solution to certain part of my hair? Than just take it and put it on with my hands to the section of my hair I want it on? Will I get that effect? thanks.

I think you'll need to pay a professional.
You can achieve the effect naturally in summer if you're out in the sun without a hat all the time.

Only leave the color in for 2-3 mins.

Did they put a fake tattoo on his hand?

it looks like a set picture from ocean's thirteen. he had that tattoo in all the movies, and i remember the gold rolex from the last movie. i actually have used a similar picture for my haircut for a few years now. i never did try highlights, but i already have naturally dirty blond hair so the sun does it for me. im not a fan of men highlighting but i don't think this would look bad. just go ahead and find the highest ratest salon in your area on the internet and bring this picture and have them do it. if you do it yourself, it'll look that way 99% of the time.

Follow these simple steps:

a. Stand up.

b. cross your legs

c. stand on your tiptoes

d. put your left hand on your left hip

e. touch the back of your right wrist to your right shoulder

f. bat your eyelashes

Yeah, you would need someone to do at least highlights and lowlights. It would get expensive ($150+ depending on where you live)
