Im going for the first time for a week in late April on business myself - Ill follow this thread closely.

I HAVE heard it is a great place to find some trouble. Great booby bars. hopefully someone can chime in.

and yea, i I just read this Dallas guide...mmm...this guide sucks. Seriously, let me know what you want (and more importantly, where you're staying...Dallas is BIG), and I'll hook you up.

kunk, I'll do you first. You're more limited. Los Colinas is basically a business district, so there's not a lot of good bar/fun options. It was basically set up as a corporate wasteland b/c it's very close to the airport, but this is where I would go: 1) Bar: If you want to venture from your hotel bar, Glass Cactus in Grapevine is supposed to be awesome. Terrell Owens had his birthday party here. It's far from Dallas, so I don't get to go too much. 2) Tex-Mex: If you want more upscale Tex-Mex, try Los Lupes. If you want more divey, you can try Mercado Juarez. Both of these are in Irving, which is really close to Los Colinas. 3) Titty bar: I've actually never been to a titty bar here (only in Vegas), but Baby Dolls is supposed to be the gold standard. The catch: It's a little far for you. Dallas is the only one that allows titty bars. Irving (and Las Colinas) are actually totally dry- you can't even buy beer at a gas station. David, I'm leavin' to go out, but check back tomorrow!
