And so finally we have the latest edition of Voxsartoria's Not-So-Weekly but Still Entirely Subjective Digest. Christmas week was a bit slow around these parts, what with all the festive merrymaking, and I've been feeling lazy, what with all the mince pies. As such, today we're doing a special catch-up Double Digest, Betty and Veronica style:



This being SF, perhaps I should instead be using the new, trampified versions:



Anyhoo, on with the show. What with our holiday hangovers, let's start with something stylishly subdued:


And a lovely sober tie:


I don't know about you, but I'm feeling a bit taxed already. I'm thinking it's time to take teh edge off:


That's better. Holdfast, ease us back into things:


A nice outfit, but then he ups the ante with the scarf of the week(s):


Vox, in a blatant bid for digest inclusion, gives us the bowler of the week. You'll note he also seeks to exploit my weaknesses by sporting chelseas with his bowler, Steed-style. Vox, you wanton hussy. I'm surprised you didn't opt for a satin tie and pearl tie pin.


Steed, however, looks slightly askance at the bowler placement and suggests a jauntier angle:



Maomao gives us a pleasing pairing of colors and textures:


NOBD helpfully writes his own introduction:


And Gregaz offers a fantastic shirt and tie combo:


My, this is hard work for the post-Yuletide season. Let's have a nibble with the madeleine of the week:


Is it any wonder my trou are too tight? Perhaps it's time for more comfortable clothes and a bit of fresh air:


While we're dressing down, Gnatty gives us an instructive lesson in casual:


I don't normally go for this sort of coat. Guys try to dress 'em up and they just look off. But Gnatty wisely goes the opposite route and dresses it down:


As such, he receives praise for his frays.

Meanwhile, Luftvier successfully navigates the treacherous waters of the bowtie and elbow patch pairing ...


... and, in the process, he earns the Timelord award for his similarity to the new Doctor Who:



As the holidays draw to a close, we have to get in our last-second partying:


Though some of us, to borrow a line from Don Henley & Co., can't hold out that long:


But nobody wants to go home now, when Labelking's got it going on:


However you spent your holidays, whether raising your glass during an evening out ...


making new friends ...


frantically checking SF ...


braving the elements ...


or sporting a tophat as you sipped a Holly, Jolly Mocha ...


I hope you'll take a moment to pause to reflect ...


on the year gone by and all the things you have to be thankful for:
