You takes your chances, you pays your money. Next time, ask this when pulled over: "officer, why don't you just come over here and fill in that ticket on the top of my head?" (nothing original there, but it may help you out)

A cop gave me a citation the other day because I failed to stop at stop sign in a construction area. The thing about it was - it was on the left hand side about a foot off the ground. Another factor making it hard to see was the fact that there were orange pylons weaving everywhere in a make- shift lane.

Chances of fighting it?
Sure, if it was really hard to see. You should probably go back and take a picture.

Is this a serious question or some sort of jab? I'm pretty sure javyn's not a teenager.

Hell yes it does. Unfortunately I don't get to do this (I don't have time to fight a traffic ticket), but I work for a law firm and the idea I just posted works very well for attorneys wanting to get out of their tickets.

I was ticketed last year for going 36 in a 25 zone which is 3 points in Michigan. I posted on here for help and decided to go court. I did a lot of research online and took photos becuase I thought I was a hotshot and was going to prove the cop wrong. MY case was at 10:30 am and after 90 minutes, my case was not up and my cop was absent. He walked in shortly after noon and asked if anyone wanted to deal with him. Almost 30 people got up to deal with him, he offered to almost everyone to change it to impeding traffic, which was a more expensive fine, but no points. I took it and learned my lesson. DOn't got rying to be a hot shot and maybe you can deal down. Good Luck!!!!
