From what I have gleaned regarding textile manufacturers Loro Piana is one of the better makers of cashmere while their woolens may be overpriced in some instances. With regard to their cashmeres do they have differing levels in quality? Or is it mostly of uniform quality? The reason I ask is I just purchased a new camel coloured cashmere coat made from Loro Piana fabric for what would amount to about $160 US (I'm from Canada). This was purchased from a store and not ebay, thus I got to touch and handle the jacket (which was what induced me to buy the sportcoat), but I would like to ensure that I did get a high quality cashmere. Cheers, Denning
