Need A New Lamp, Please Help

Looking for a lamp for about $100-200 ideally I'd like something bright enough to light up a small room but would settle for a table lamp mainly for reading. Thanks

Thanks, I'm deciding between going for a floor lamp or a desk lamp. I'd prefer a floor lamp. And possibly get a cheap desk lamp to supplement it. Room lighting is more important at the moment.

www.ylighting.com has some great designs, although the selection in your price range is limited. Slightly more than your budget, but a classic is the Tolomeo:

I am also periodically impressed by some of Crate & Barrel's lighting offerings.

For example, their "Violin Lamp" (a short floor lamp) is interesting and unique:

Also, in your price range, I'd consider the adjustible "Simon" floor lamp, creating an interesting hybrid:
