Forgive me, but I am very skeptical about chiropractic; it seems that subluxations as the root of just about everything is ludicrous. Maybe "quackpractic" is more accurate.

Store brand multis are fine. Just make sure they're USP-certified.

I can also recommend NOW Adam. I have been using it for about 5 years.

I also use NOW Adam for 'nutrient insurance.' I only take one tab so a $20 bottle lasts me like 4-5 months.

I eat clean and take a greens drink every now and then so I figure I'm covered. The only thing I feel deficient in is zinc and magnesium. I will take a B-50 complex every now and then for energy as well (it's good before going to party).

Megamens from GNC.

Why not go with a USP-certified store brand and save the difference?

Or go with superfoods, and actually notice and feel a difference.
