Any place to party in Manhattan on a thursday, friday or saturday night with decent prices on cover and drinks?

Probably about 100 places depending on what you mean by decent prices. You need to be more specific in terms of location, scene etc.

I meant to say anything around the World Trade Center area or 33rd street that a college kid could have fun at with a better girl to guy ratio? Open bars in those areas?

If you like the azns, try Korea Town, 31st to 33rd between 6th and 7th. Lots of girls. Lots.

Lots of Korean girls, some who are pretty darn fobby. If you don't mind super high pitch voices and silly giggling this could be a cool place to hang out.

Protip: Knowing how to speak Korean really REALLY helps.
