Digital Photo Frames

Does anyone here own a digital photo frame? I saw a great one at the Sony Style store the other day for about $120...its only 7" but it'd look pretty nice on my desk. Anyone have one...do they just end up collecting dust? Or are they actually good to have? http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...52921665346864 that's the one BTW....

I was in someones office the other day and they had one from dell that they had gotten free at a trade show (companies must really be struggling these days if digital frames are the only conference swag that will get you to their booth). It looked nice enough other than the dell branding. Plain black frame and the images looked decent for an office desk type thing. I might find it too distracting to be changing frequently though. It seemed to small to be all that nice for a home though considering it has to be located near power.

Personally I thought they were really cool ideas back when it was a big DIY movement with people cramming old laptops into picture frames..they really did some cool stuff and the commercialization grew out of that. I would have done so myself (also, a 14" frame is way cooler than a 5-7" frame) but my old laptop has a pressure spot in the center of the screen that I don't think will go away if I remove the casing. The little tiny commercial products just don't appeal to me as much...give me something I created or just give me a normal picture frame.
