Buttons are probably melamine. They are not cheap. They are supposed to have that particular shiny/plastic-like look. If you don't like them, that's on you
No one's going to convince you that you ought to like the shirt you just bought. But BOO looks really good on people w/ the right body type. This is why people keep buying it
