I've never been able to figure out this argument. JS uses very good Japanese selvage, riri zippers which aren't cheap, selvage at the fly, an honest-to-God leather patch that's stitched and hand-stamped, and is made in NYC. They do all this and yet for some reason people have no trouble dropping $155 on a pair of jeans with none of those features from Tunisia and call it a "bargain." Sure, the chambray jeans aren't cheap but
look at what you're getting. NO ONE has that fabric and even if someone else did they wouldn't throw in all those bells and whistles that we love.
