You can find an odd item at the Stockmann and just generally strolling around the central shopping district

A few... Nicolas is a good all around shop and the best in my opinion, Helsinki10 (second best), Seven as you mentioned, Beam yes, I would add Asuna. That's about it for me. Niche market street wear shops are around too.
For more conservative stuff check out Fere and Marleon's.
Stockmann's buy is rather boring but yeah maybe you can find a gem or two.

Wunder http://wundershop.blogspot.com/ Seven got alot more interesting recently as they've some nice Haversack pieces these days. Hopefully some more japanese brands would follow.

Oh yes, forgot about Wunder! Last time went though they mostly had Palillo's nu rave gear which is rather silly. But they've got the good stuff too. Too bad they dropped Stephan Schneider.
