I guarantee that if I had a $10M house, there would be at least four garage spaces, and one of them would hold a minivan. Probably not the one shown in the photo, though...

In Singapore that minivan probably costs more than a Mercedes S class back in the USA. Camrys are like S Class and S Class is like Rolls Royce pricing.

For reference the s-class starts at 300k$ here, a phanthom is north of the million mark.
