The old 6th street viaduct in Downtown Los Angeles is being demolished and replaced with a really nice new design that adds a bunch of park space around the structure.

That's the old Macy's building where LACMA puts on its big exhibitions. Super weird space. They never fixed the asbestos problem from when it was a department store, and as of 6 years ago, when I interned there, the second and third floors were still full of manikins and shoulder pads.
Notorious B.I.G. was killed at that intersection
Also, this museum has to be the most boring idea since the Grammy museum downtown.
