Via interior design some can be made comfortable, but in most instances the architect will not be pleased. In all sincerity, I can appreciate them, but I may not want to live in them. I'd imagine that you or I might find the architecturally significant homes of former periods (albethey with updated utilities) to offer more 'comfort.'Do most homes of "architectural significance" look uncomfortable for the inhabitants?
