Point taken, thanks. I tried a much cleaner diet before, but couldn't become satiated for some reason no matter how many slices of turkey breasts I eat and end up thinking about food all day. The current diet solved that problem but probably is a bit dangerous - I'll try to "force" myself to eat more protein then!
